Ahh I see.
I have disabled ervery network service, that may cause this error.
And sure the NBT service don't start.

This message appears on my NT box with FW-1 4.0 SP7 installed every
time I reboot. I guess it's bescause I hacked the registery to force
the NBT service NOT to start. IMO, this has nothing to do with FW-1
installed or not on the machine. I think it is the perfmeter system
that complains it can't find a component linked to the NBT service.
