This could mean that  you have a would be hacker trying out some new scripts
like "Bitchslap" or some other program that attacks windows name ports.  Or
the first machine has in its config for the second machine to provide it
with its name resolves like a WINS setting or something similar, or finally
a network neighborhood connect for sharing services.
