If the machine has a valid public IP address, it is a non-issue. If it is
on a private network, it requires static NAT.
Static NAT can be set up automatically for the device on the properties of
the web server object, on the NAT tab. Simply select the check box found
there, specify static(the default) and select an ip address that is routable
to the firewall. (That is you need one more than the current external
address) Getting this may be a problem for a home computer.
You then need an arp entry, which is done using a text-based local.arp file
in the state folder for NT. More about this can be found at
www.phoneboy.com/fw1 under NAT.
You then need a static route from the valid external addres to the internal
web server address. This can be added using "route add validIP
invalidIP -p" in a command console.
This is a little bit of work and phoneboy will help you out considerably.
