You've already lost that battle.

By trying to do this yourself is impossible - if you want
to do anything else in life. I would suggest looking into
third party software that does this for you. Take a look
at Cyber Patrol and the likes. They have a service that
you can subscribe to, to get updates on a regular basis.

There are a number of ways to perform this on the fw.
One would be make a group and add to this all the bad
sites(and watch the performance of your fw go down the
drain when you've added many entries.)

Now that I've said that, the easy fix to your problem is
to block everything and only allow what you need to
do your work(almost as daunting, but it is easier ;-)
