This is turning out to be one of those days ... I just reinstalled both
the Management and Firewall stations ... the whole thing is up and running
beautifully, I could Install new Policies, the whole works ...

Rebooted the Firewall station, now I get:

No more then 15 minutes ago, all was working great ... 

I love this software *after* its installed, but getting it installed is a
bugger and a half *sigh*
