Chris,

You could do a custom script to detect this, or you
could just load the second web server and configure
identically as the first and manually/automagically
kick it over. If $$ not an issue, then you have more
options, both software and hardware. Is $$ an issue?

Do you care about current 'connections'? Or is your
site static content and who cares if one dies and <5
minutes later, the other is up appearing like the original?
