I've been configuring/testing 2 Nokia's which will eventually replace my
Sun . So far I got these boxes talking to the management server, configured vrrp
and got the State information synced up between the two. My last hurdle is
testing secure remote. Secure remote Cleints are currently using address
a.b.c.d to access the Sun. This is the external interface on the Sun. My
Nokia's will use this same address ( a.b.c.d ) because I don't want to change
anything on the SR cleints but this address is the virtaul address presented by
VRRP. Am I on the right track here?
My existing Secure Remote rules look like this:
1. "Secure remote user" to "any" using "any protocol" "client encrypt"
2. "any" to "Nokia's" "fw1 encapsulation and RDP" " accept".
Do I need to define the VRRP virtual IP address in the Nokia box interface
properties? I'm Looking for some direction, thanks.
