Use the latest software. We used CP 4.1 and PIX 5.1.1. However the tunnel
was getting established from only one side. Hopefully it is solved in the
latest software versions.

Yep via IPSEC. Others have said it works, but you'll
need to do some searching. Try www.securepoint.com/fw.
