We had an incident with our firewall yesterday. It would intermittantly not
pass through accepted packets. The only message I found in the log are:
\Device\FW1, FW-1: fw_xlate_forw: failed to initialize the
connection.
\Device\FW1, FW-1: fw_xlate_set_tables: ld_set to fwx_back_tab
failed.
\Device\FW1, FW-1: fw_xlate: fw_xlate_set_tables (fin) failed.
\Device\FW1, FW-1: fw_xlate_set_tables: ld_set to fwx_back_tab
failed.
\Device\FW1, FW-1: fw_xlate: fw_xlate_set_tables (est) failed.
\Device\FW1, FW-1: fw_xlate_set_tables: ld_set to fwx_back_tab
failed.
\Device\FW1, FW-1: fw_init_xlation_tables: fw_xlate_set_tables
failed.
Has anyone seen anything like this before?
