thank for the fast answer. The license isn�t my problem, we use�t the hostid
for the the license.
How are the best steps for this ip change?
1. add ip to os
2. change the gateway object in fw-1
3. reboot
4. any is fine????

Daniel,

you should be able to change the external IP address without any problems,
unless your license key has been cut for the IP address you are getting rid
of.

If the IP address you are changing is the one for which your license key was
cut there are two things you can do:


 - Contact Checkpoint and ask them to recut your license based on your new
IP addres.
 - leave the old IP address on the interface and simply add your new IP
address as a secondary address on that interface. If you choose this method
you should note that the primary address of the interface MUST be the IP
address for which the license was cut. the license will not work if the IP
address is on a virtual interface.
