Chuck,

     I posted this error to my 3rd party Tech support and they had no clue.
They then opened a ticket with
Check Point direct.  I'm still waiting for a fix.  Last I heard was that my
ticket was escalated to the
Senior Check Point Engineer's in Iseral.

I have rebuilt my management numerous  times.
     I changed the NIC from Compaq to 3com
     Used NT SP6a
     Used NT SP5
     Increased the FW-1 kernel memory
     I even tried it installing it without Harding NT operating system.

Still I did not work.
