Just saw this and thought I'd add my two penneth...VNC from the internet ????

First off it's going to be quite slow depending on your line speed and how 
far away these people are and how fast their connection is.

Lastly you should be insisting that VNC use be encrypted and that they use 
securemote your just asking for trouble otherwise.
