It
means you have not install the secure remote license yet
(you
must have "vsr" somewhere in the license string)
The
license is free and is given by your vendor
(or
you can contact CheckPoint directly to get it)

I an installing secure remote client for the first time and I am getting a communication error.
Communication error cannot connect to site.
I set it up first with a modem and when that failed I set it us on a LAN.
The sales people said that an eval licence will allow secure remote is that so or is this another problem.
