Hi!

TO ALL: Sorry!...

Hm... SP1 or SP2?
I've got a problem: CheckPoint FW-1 SMTP Security Server doesn't overhaul MX
records, registered for one definite domain.
For example:
we are sending the mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
There are following records for domain mail.com:
mail.com MX preference = 20, mail exchanger = mail-intake-2.mail.com
mail.com MX preference = 30, mail exchanger = mail-intake-3.mail.com
mail.com MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = mail-intake-1.mail.com
fw-1 put file with this letter into the folder fw1\4.1\spool, in which the
address of the mail server with the high priority indicated
mail-intake-1.mail.com.
If this one server doesn't work (or doesn't answer) then FW-1 is not
going to try sending the mail to the servers mail-intake-2.mail.com,
mail-intake-3.mail.com, as original mail servers do, but is going to
"knock" to server mail-intake-1.mail.com up to the very end
(parameter abandon_time in the file smtp.conf).
How should I overcome this problem and what CheckPoint advises
in this situation?
Best regards,
Igor Miturin
