Title: Copying rulebase to new Management Console
This also includes users, which is a slight problem.  The old management console was an eval version run in a test environment, and we don't want all the users from that console to carry over to the new one.  We need only the rules and objects.

copy your $FWDIR\conf directory over to the new machine...then you'll have everything...including rules and objects

Can anyone help me in copying my existing rulebase files to a new
management console?  I've been able to copy of my objects, but not
the rulebase.  I've tried just moving the .W and .PF files to the
appropriate directory, but I still can't load the rule bases on the
new console.  I've also searched Phoneboy and the usual sources, but
can't seem to find any information.  The hostname and IP address of
the new management server are different.

Thanks for the help.
