Also, in FW1 ver. 4.1 the correct command is now fwpolicy. The fwui not
used anymore.

If you're trying to run fwui on a Solaris box, it means you're trying to
run the x-motif interface. If you have an evaluation license, it should
start. If you're running with a standard license, you'll need to purchase
the x-motif license.
Try using the windows GUI management, it should work.
