hi group
i am installing firewall-1 internet gateway/25 (sp1) on to an nt 4 server
(sp6a).
i have registered the product with checkpoint and received the licence
string i am entering the information correctly in to the dialog
host : 195.x.x.x (as registered and printed on the
checkpoint email licence)
expiration date : never (as per documentation)
features : cpfw-fig-25-v41 (as on email licence)
key : xxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxx (as
on email licence)
then i click get validation code which comes up correct as in the checkpoint
licence email and ok the dialog box then i get the message from cpconfig
'failed to install the licence'
anybody had a similar experience or have any ideas it would be much
appreciated..
