Thanks. I sent my last post and decided to see
the persistant route looked like in the registry
and it wasn't there. So I executed it again with the
'-p' at the end and nope didn't show. Looked at the
online help (route /?) and saw it near the front of the
command. Tried it and voila. It appears in the
registry at(might be wrapped):
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\PersistentRoutes
