As someone else mentioned, nessus (www.nessus.org) is a pretty good
vulnerability scanner, but be prepared to spend time (at least
half a day if you're knowledable with Unix) to set it up and get to
know how to use it.

On the flip side, you can use the security auditing service at
http://www.securityspace.com - they use nmap and nessus to provide
both free and fee based on-line auditing services.  The URL
describing the services is
