Yes, assuming you 
1) Have DNS entries for these hosts
2) Your routing on the gateway and internet router are correct.
3) Proxy arping on the gateway or static routes on the external router.
4) NAT is applied on the firewall
5) Rulebases that allow the traffic through.

if i have NAT installed on checkpoint firewall , 
and each address is mapped to a static ip on the internet.
then with external customers be able to ftp into one of my machines using
