my firewall used to have only one instance of fw.exe
(CPU ultilization was at 1-3 percent most of the time)
now it had three
(CPU ultilization is at 10-15 percent most of the time)
every 5 second it peak to 100% and down right after
No new rule has been applied to it lately
why?
