Casey,

Did the directory /opt/CPfw1-41 get created?
Is /opt on a small root filesystem?
Is there enough disk space? (from 'df -k')
And enough inodes? (df -i)

These messages are consistent with an error preventing creation of the
directories (/opt/CPfw1-41/boot/, /opt/CPfw1-41/scripts/ etc).  This is
usually a lack of disk space, either blocks or inodes)
