I've got the same problem and my supplier told me it was because we use WebSense.
The firewall acts as a proxy which takes a lot of memory.
I also found out that if you start the policy editor, the amount of memory drops
drasticly.
you can check it with vmstat.
But I still do not have a good sollution for this problem.
(Hugo I know you follow this list, when can we expect a sollution)

The resolution about the problem talk about reboot the Nokia box, but
before two weeks the problem persist . . .
