You must change it thru NT ( User Manager for Domains ).

 Also, using secure servers and/or IIS with https on the
 same server that FW-1 is running, you can use a web tool
 from Greyware Automation Products ( www.greyware.com )
 to change the password.

 Be sure to use only HTTPS and iusr_MACHINENAME user must
 ONLY have access to scripts and inetpub directory.
