Hi,
After installation of the Firewall-1/VPN-1 4.1 service pack 1 and Floodgate 4.1 on
Solaris 2.6 the following problems occure:
1. the device /dev/etm0 is not created
2. there are no changes made in the file /etc/fw/conf/products.conf
3. the startupscripts from floodgate will exit with errors:
FloodGate-1: fwd is already running
FloodGate-1: Starting fgd
Unable to open '/dev/etm0': No such file or directory
etm_trap_init: ETM open failed: No such file or directory
fgd: cannot open etm device for traps: No such file or directory
We're using Check Point VPN-1(TM) & FireWall-1(R) Version 4.1 Build 41489 [VPN + DES]
and Check Point FloodGate-1(TM) Version 4.1 Build 4147
Can anyone give some help, I've seen thit question before but I'm unable to track the
answer.
