This is the answer I received from CP support...
The message that you are seeing is normal and can be safely ignored. This
message is caused when the firewall is attempting to modify a table entry
that no longer exists. This can typically be a result of expired
information remaining in the fw state tables. It is safe to ignore these
messages, and no performance loss is incurred.
