I had the same problem, but it seemed to be resolved in FW 4.1.
Try upgrading.

in way random fw-1 it generates errors of general protection (Dr. Watson)
related with the process fw.exe.
Starting from that moment the users lost the possibility to be
authenticated using the ports 950 and 900.
We don't have form of to know which is the process that the Dr. Watson
generates, because all the processes of the FW-1 in WINDOWS NT have
the same name (fw.exe)
