No, It will not work.  You will have to make sure that the Nat Device is
capable of forwarding IPSec packets and you will need to setup IKE.  Using
IKE I have had no problems getting users to connect from DSL services, from
behind LinkSys routers etc...

I tried for a long time to get FWZ working, but to no avail.  Just turn on
IKE and do it that way if you can...
