Hello,
I have a couple of dubt and i'm wondering if anybody could help. I have one
management station and several firewall modules. I want to upgrade all the
machines (OS and the firewall)
I have an upgrade version of checkpoint 4.1.
The steps to follow for a fresh installation should be??? the next.
Install Solaris 7
Install Checkpoint 4.0 (because I have an upgrade kit)
Upgrade to Checkpoint 4.1 with the backward compatibility.

is that the above true?
After I''ve done the upgrade of the management station, can this machine
manages the old checkpoint 4.0 boxes in the meanwhile I update these
modules?
Do I need to install two licences one for the 4.0 and the other for the 4.1?

Thanks in Advance

Carlos Infante.
