I have a rule that rejects any access to the Napster group of servers (per phoneboy
and this list - thank you very much).
Is there any way to have the user redirected to a web page - like using a URI
resource? It does not look like the Napster access is http, so that negates using it
with a resource. I am not really sure how Napster works, but I would like to make
sure people know we are denying it's use when they try to get to it.
