Same here.... Using SWAN for LINUX (IKE) now and it seems to get the job
done though, as far as I know and have tested, it only supports MD5 for the
data integrity portion of ESP.

Latest news, use SWAN for linux.  No news on sun.  (Does vmware run on sun -
consarnit.)
Nothing in alpha, or beta (at least nothing on the web site that I have
found)
