We are using Firewall-1's GUI Management tools.  Our Security Policy 
administrator was adding rules to the security policy, reloaded the policy 
and was disconnected from our Firewall Management server.  After he logged 
back into the GUI management tool and attempted to view the policy he 
received the following error;

"Rule Base is Empty".

Our firewall appears to be working fine, but we cannot view the policy with 
the GUI tools.  Has anyone experienced this?  If so, what did you do to 
resolve the issue?
