Actually, you should license both the management IP and the Firewall
enforcement point IP. You will see when you get the license web page. You
will have two boxes for IP addresses if your license supports this. If you
only have one device, enter one address. If you have a product that can use
seperate management server, enter that address. You will get two strings to
enter - one for each device. Hope this helps explain it. Each server gets
licensed. Every enforcement point and every Management server. (Gui-clients
don't)
