I have FW1 running on Linux at a few of my customers' sites, running Red Hat
6.2. CheckPoint's support has been fine (for the one issue we had to call
them for!), and the vendor (in this case Compaq) support of Red Hat was
great.

Subject: [FW1] Current status of Linux support.
Some open questions to all you linux firewall admins (if you want to send
msgs to me personally I will summarize):
Q1: What products are you running on Linux?
Firewall-1/VPN-1?
MetaIP?
Reporting Module?
LDAP Account Management Module?
Any others? (I acknowledge that some of these modules likely do not
exist.)
Q2: What is the current support like for linux?
>From Check Point specifically?
>From your vendor?(I am not looking for a vendor, I am just looking for the
amount of vendor support available, as a whole)
Thank you for you time,
Paul
