The HA module allows for transparent switch over to
a standby machine when your primary firewall fails. The standby machine
is identical to the primary unit.
In order to implement HA, you need to purchase the
HA module from Checkpoint or look at more sophisticated solutions such as
StoneBeat or RainWall.
