We have a 3 gateway setup managed by one management console.  For some
reason one of our vpn's stopped working.  The other two can see each other
but the third cannot see anybody, its totally cut off.  The only thing that
has changed is that AT&T changed some of their routing tables and shortened
our hop from 21 to 13, which is good.  I figure VPN freaked out because of
route changes and shutdown on the firewall.  What do I have to do to get it
back up, simply reboot it???
