When I click on 'no permissions' for that user, I get a message stating:
'You did not define any permssions'.

Why i getting that message?

I also get the same message if I click 'Customized' and unclick the other 
options.

In the Checkpoint Configuration --> Administrators Tab --> Edit the
username --> and set "No Permissions"
