It depends on where it is coming from. If it have an static IP, you can
create a network object fro that workstation.
Create a rule:
Source Destination Service
new object -----> host behind FW -----> PCAnywhere
Right click on the "Service" and Add, locate PCAnywhere (it already have
those 2 ports) and click OK.
Install the policy and test it. Hope this helps
