What does the WinFrame service provide? I have rules set up without it and it seems to work. What might I be missing???

You need to define port 3389 and to put in the rule user defind object called winframe. Winframe is defined by default in CP services database.

We have citrix set up through the firewall and that works with no problems. I have another machine that has terminal server only, no citrix, and we want to access it using the NT terminal server client. I set it up the same way as the citrix server, but it doesn't work. Is it that it uses different protocols or is it that you can't use terminal server client over the Internet?
