Patrick,

TBOMK you need a SecureClient license (I think ~$50 per seat) to run the
policy server...

cheers

Subject: [FW1] No License for Policy Server - Inappropriate Policy

I am running NT 4.0 sp6a, FW-1 4.1 SP3

I have created the Policy Server Object, and also added the FW!-pslogon as a
rule to accept. I had successfully tested this originally.

After a reboot and some other non-related rule changes, when I compile the
policy, it says it applies successfully, but in the log viewer I see:

'No License for Policy Server'
and on occasion (not every compile)
'No license for SecuRemote users'

The SecuRemote user then gets the successfully authenticated, but 'You are
using an inappropriate policy' message.

This worked and then stopped, I was going to remove and re-add the license
keys, as I have the license for the firewall and also 250 SecuRemote users.

Does anyone know what is going on here?

thanks

PDB
