Hi all,

One of our customer got "nice" problem accessing one of its Web-site containing an AVI
video file.

He uses USER_AUTH with local users (about 1200) on the firewall for HTTP access.
He also uses a CVP antivirus on http and SMTP... quite a simple FW-1 + Antivirus
setup, isn't it ?

The problem is when he tries to read the AVI on the website, IE automaticaly starts up
Media Player (v 6.4) giving it the URL to the video file. MediaPlayer then gives an
error message about the fact it can't read the file.

a second try on the file, with MediaPlayer already started succeeds.

But our customer can't accept this...

Do someone already got this kind of nice game ???
Do someone could help us ?

Thks.
