How much memory do the machines that panic have? The trap code is an "Asynchronous memory error". The minimum recommendation for memory on FW-1 4.1 is 128MB and I would recommend no less than 256MB of memory. Did you get a core dump and send it to CheckPoint or SUN? Marc Jacquard SR.
