I'm trying to ftp-> put files from 4.0 sp5 to a ms-web Microsoft FTP Service
(Version 4.0) box and I get a connection time out. I know the permissions
are correct on the MS side because I can ftp in from a different account
(outside of a firewall). Anyone have any experience with this not working
and what had to be done to fix it?
