[FW1] Manag.Module after SP3 can't download policies on FW-1

We have applied CheckPoint Managment Client SP3 over Managment Module (which
is running separately from Firewall Module).Now we can't download security
policies to FW-1 , we get "Downloading Security Policy to
FW..."..Authentication for Command load failed.
Failed to download - Unaauthorized action.

Any ideas about how to solve this?
