Hello all. I'm new to both this group and administering Checkpoint
Firewalls. I hope you might be able to help with a couple quick questions:
Our company is currently looking for technical support and software
maintenance for Firewall-1. Does anyone have any experiences/opinions with
companies I should or should not deal with?
Also, I am currently upgrading from Firewall-1 v4.0 to v4.1. I've been
following the group here for about a week, and have heard of problems with
both SP2 and SP3. What service pack level do you suggest I be at?
