Good $daytime,
I am running Squid at my DMZ. Of course not all HTTP traffic is directed to
port 80. Specifying all possible HTTP port numbers is hardly worth, if at
all
possible.
To make things work I need to enable:
proxy Any Any accept ...etc
However, this one does not see the difference between Squid and any other
connection source at proxy server.
I can separate Squid using ident requests (yes I regard my identd as trusted
:). But I don't see how to use it in FW-1 policy.
OR: Is there any way to tell arbitrary dst-port HTTP from any other TCP
connection?
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
