I have actually seen something similar when the Remote Modules have been
incorrectly defined in the Firewall-1 Configuration on the Management
Station i.e. one has the internal IP and one has the external IP. They
should both be whatever IP address you have done 'fw putkey' s with. If
that's not the case all FW-1 connections will fail.
What's the actual error message if for instance you try and PUSH Policy
onto the failing module ? And if you issue a PULL Policy i.e. 'fw fetch
-d <management-station-IP>' on the failing module what do you see ?
