I am not sure if i understand what you want to do.

If you want redirect all the traffic that goes to your
mail server on port 80 to your web server, you have to
create an nat rule like that:

Original packect
source = any
destination = mail server
service = http

Translated packet
source = any
destination = www server
service = http

Hope that works.
