This is why a E220R or Netra might be a better choice. Or a simple U5 as
Sun's lowend solution. A U60 is wasted as firewall, seconded.

You can scale Suns by choosing the right model: a single PCI bus (U5),
two PCI busses = 33+66 (E220R) or six PCI 33/66 busses on a E450.
This becomes interesting as soon as you have more than five 100Mbit/s
or more than one 1Gbit/s NICs.
