Hi Jeff,

Here is the way I use on my machine outside the firewall:  I changed the 
registry on the outside machine as follow and reboot the machine:
HLM\SW\Symantec\pcANYWHERE\CV\System\TCPIPConnectIfUnknown     set to 1.

By changing this, it forces pcAnywhere to use TCP port only.  Then all you 
have to do is make sure that the machine inside your firewall has either 
Internet reachable address or a static NAT address.
